Explicit Consent and Consent to Commercial Electronic Messages
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
This text explains the scope of the consent you give when you tick the box "I agree to receive Psycoli announcements and news by email." in the early access form on psycoli.com. Giving consent is optional; not giving it does not affect your early access registration or your early access invitation.
1. Scope of the consent
By ticking the box, you give explicit consent, under Article 5(1) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, for OLIVOV BİLİŞİM SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("OLIVOV") to send announcements, news, events and campaigns about products and services under the Psycoli brand to the email address you gave in the early access form, under the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages, and for your name, surname and email address to be processed for this purpose.
- Channel: email only. Even if you have shared your phone number, you will not receive SMS or calls under this consent.
- Sender: OLIVOV BİLİŞİM SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Fethiye Mh. Derya Sk. No:1/3, 16210 Nilüfer, Bursa, Türkiye, MERSİS No. 0641057219100001.
- Record: your consent is recorded with the date and channel on which it was given and may be reported to the Message Management System (İYS) as required by law.
2. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge: using the unsubscribe link in every email we send you, or by writing to olivov@olivov.com. Messages stop within three business days at the latest after your rejection reaches us. Withdrawing your consent does not affect your early access registration; if you also want your registration deleted, simply say so in the same email.
3. Processing of your personal data
The data processed under this consent, the parties it is transferred to, retention periods and your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK are explained in the Privacy Notice.
