We are designing Psycoli around the real flow of a session day: from the first consultation to the session note, from the reminder to the payment, every step in one place and connected.
The information your clients entrust to you is among the most sensitive there is. That is why, in Psycoli, privacy is not a feature but the starting point.

Privacy and security
Privacy is
our starting point.
Session notes and health information are special categories of personal data under Türkiye's data protection law (KVKK). We are building Psycoli with that responsibility in mind, on these principles:

Encrypted connection and storage
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Authorised access only
Only you see your notes. In team accounts, each practitioner sees only their own clients.

Two-step sign-in
Your account is protected by a second verification step as well as your password.

Access logs
Who accessed which record, and when, is logged.

Your data is yours
You are the data controller for your clients' data. You can export your data or have it deleted at any time.
Client data is never sold and never used for advertising or marketing. Details will be set out before launch in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

When will Psycoli launch?
We plan to launch Psycoli in 2027. People on the early access list will be the first to know the launch date and will be able to try the first release before launch.
Does joining the early access list cost anything?
No. Joining the list is free and commits you to nothing. Your details are used only to contact you about Psycoli, and you can leave the list at any time.
Which devices will I be able to use Psycoli on?
Psycoli runs in the cloud and needs no installation. You will be able to use it in your browser on any computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection.
Who will be the data controller for client data?
You are the data controller for your clients' data. OLIVOV processes that data only to provide the service and on your instructions, as the data processor. This relationship is set out in a Data Processing Agreement made with your subscription.
Where will the data be stored?
Where the data will be stored, the technical and organisational measures taken and the service providers involved will be explained in detail before launch in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
Can we use it as a team at a centre?
Yes. Psycoli is being designed for centres with several therapists as well as for practitioners working on their own: each practitioner manages their own calendar and clients, and the centre decides who can see what.
How will pricing work?
Psycoli will be a subscription-based cloud service (SaaS). Plans and prices will be announced closer to launch; people on the early access list will hear first.
Will Psycoli use artificial intelligence?
We plan to use AI only where it genuinely makes your work easier. Every AI feature that works with client data will be optional and under your control.
